Dead Rising
Since the Halloween holiday flew right past us and Jerry Frissen is an obvious fan of zombies (you have read his amazing "Zombies That Ate The World" with Guy Davis, right?)...I figured I'd post a trailer for Capcom's Dead Rising game on the XBox 360. Although the game's been out for over a few months now, it's still the best sampling of digitized zombie violence ever to grace a videogame console. Those Capcom developers must be super keen on George Romero's classic contributions to film!

Loved most Resident Evils but the repetitive zombie characters get boring fast. The sheer amount of different zomboids is amazing in this game.

CLAMNUTS:I love the Resident Evil series...especially 1,2, and 4. While those games have leanings toward the Japanese gaming sensibilities (a very science fiction tone, murky environments, a love of silence), Dead Rising feels like a successful gaming interpretation of classic American horror.ROSS BURT:I don't have an XBox 360 so my play time has been fairly limited. But it doesn't hold me back from acknowledging it's greatness!
