Tequila On 30 Rock!
Thanks to a kind post from "Clark" we were made aware that our Tequila Toy is featured on NBC's "30 Rock" Television Series. In a set tour of the show, Tequila can be seen on the office bookshelf of Frank Rossitano (played by Judah Friedlander). At about 1:33 of the Tour you can see a clear shot of Tequila.
We are super flattered to be a background prop on such a great show! Thanks Clark for the heads up!

San Francisco 1906
I found this on some discussion board yesterday. It was a high resolution photo of 1906 San Francisco post Earthquake.
Wow. I never realized the devastation that happened in San Fran during the big earthquake. I love San Francisco. I went to University in Berkeley from 1996-2000, so I have fond memories of the Bay... but seeing what SF had to be rebuilt from in less than 100 years gives me a newfound appreciation for the city and it's inhabitants.
So I don't kill your bandwith, I uploaded a smaller version of the pic with some blow ups from the photo in it's original size.

K.West Grammy 2008 Performance
I didn't see the Grammy's (I gave up on watching award shows in teens)...but, with the wonders of YouTube, I was able to see the performances of Amy Winehouse, Feist, and Kanye West.
Being the big Kanye fan that you all know I am, I LOVED his performance. It's like a 21st century MJ peformance without the cool choreography.
Mista Hippo demands that we all go to Kanye's Glow In The Dark Tour (with Lupe Fiasco and Pharrell Williams). I'm not too keen on the big $$ I'm sure the ticket prices will cost... but after seeing this performance, it's obvious it'll be an event
Love the Tron homage. The luminescent glasses and jacket kill... and the Daft Punk cameo was clever (and probably way cooler on a real television). Are they really doing the production in real time? I doubt it, but it's a cool suggestion.
Oh yeah, I also got a little teary-eyed by the "Dear Mama" bit. Man, I'm a sap.

New Tikitis Pages From Fabien M
There's still a long time before this chapter is published in the US, but they're too beautiful to wait! Fabien becomes better by the page. Who needs the latest Indiana Jones film when you can witness the beauty of these pages on Muttpop? :-)

Stephen Chow CJ7
Stephen Chow is brilliant. He manages to create worlds and humor that translates globally. But when I heard the concept behind his newest film, I was a little worried that he was going too "mainstream". ET/Pokemon? Uh...no.
I'm sure the "Stephen" in his name is an homage to Spielberg. Both are focussed on appealing to the global audience.
What I love about Chow's work, though, is he's not afraid to make characters that aren't very likable. There's a charm to the selfish guy that American creators are afraid to explore. Chow loves them (just like Jerry)!
All concerns I had for the film were dispelled upon seeing this full trailer. Now I can't wait.
