Brandt Peters

I don't buy a lot of toys but I'll get these ones for sure. They're coming from the twisted mind of Brandt Peters. This monotone version will be available at SDCC comic-con for $129. Only 200 sets made. I mean 199 if you're excluding mine. As you can see on his site and blog, Brandt is an amazing artist and we'll see him one day in LUCHA LIBRE.

Mauvais Aliens (Bad Aliens)

OK, these are created by a good friend of mine, Fred Blanchard (with Olivier Vatine) so, I'm probably not totally partial but I like them a lot. They're called MAUVAIS ALIENS (BAD ALIENS) and so far there are three of them. They come with a comic book and they're four inches tall. You can find more information on the website of the excellent ATTAKUS.

The Most Beautiful Toys In The World!

I haven't been excited about toys since a while. These are adapted from the amazing manga of Shigeru Mizuki. They're very small –less than an inch– too expensive –I paid $6.99 per toy– but they're unbelievable! For what I can understand on the package, there are 10 of them in two different paint job: realistic and statue style. I only have these five and I love them.

Smash-Up Derby And More...

Since I'm talking about the SMASH-UP DERBY, I should mention this link sent by my friend ADN (him again). You'll find there some fantastic ads for toys as cool as the SMASH-UP DERBY.
